Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and how to get it deleted. Short version: we know roughly which city you're in, and we don't sell anything about you.

Last updated October 27, 2026

The short version

  • We use your IP address to work out roughly which city you're in, so we can show shows near you.
  • One cookie remembers the city you pick.
  • We don't ask for your name or email address.
  • When you click Get tickets, you leave our site and the seller's privacy policy applies.
  • We don't sell or rent your personal information.

What we collect

We don't sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it

30 days, to keep the site running and secure.
City cookie
Up to a year, or until you clear it or pick another city.

Your choices

  • Pick a different city at any time, or clear our cookie in your browser settings.
  • Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
  • If your state gives you privacy rights, as California does, we honor them for everyone, wherever you live.
