Terms of use

Who we are

concertsnearme.org is run by WPCostaRica.com. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean WPCostaRica.com, and "you" means anyone who uses the site.

By using concertsnearme.org, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we do, and what sellers do

• We list concerts in and around the cities we cover, with dates, venues and the starting prices sellers list.
• We don't sell tickets. When you click Get tickets, you buy from the seller, under the seller's terms. The seller handles payment, delivery, refunds and cancellations.
• We add $0 to your ticket price. Sellers may pay us a commission when you buy through our links, as our affiliate disclosure explains.

Listings can change

Show details and prices come from Ticketmaster, refreshed every hour. Sellers change dates, venues, lineups and prices, and shows get postponed or cancelled. We work to keep listings right, but we can't promise every detail is current.

Prices we show are the seller's listed starting price, before fees. Check the date, venue and total price on the seller's page before you buy.

Using the site

• Use concertsnearme.org for your own, non-commercial use.
• Don't copy the site's listings or written content in bulk, by scraping or any other means, without our written permission.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security.
• Don't use the site for anything illegal.

Our content and others'

The site's design, logo and the text we write, such as our city and genre guides, belong to WPCostaRica.com.

Show listings come from Ticketmaster. Artist, venue and seller names, and any images that come with a listing, belong to their owners. Showing them doesn't mean their owners endorse us.

Links to other sites

Links to sellers and other sites take you off concertsnearme.org. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them or for what they sell. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

No guarantees

We provide concertsnearme.org as is, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the site. That includes errors in listings, changed or cancelled shows, and anything you buy from a seller. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Our privacy policy explains what we collect. Questions about these terms? Email [email protected].
