Seating
- Floor AAA–FFF. AAA, BBB and CCC are nearest the stage; DDD, EEE and FFF are behind them, beside the sound board.
- 100 level 102–148, even numbers. 112 and 114 face the stage from the far end; 136 and 138 are behind it.
- 200 level 202–260, even numbers. This is the Select Health Club Level. 216 faces the stage from the far end; 246 is behind it.
- 300 level. A lower balcony, 301–379 in odd numbers, and an upper balcony, 302–380 in even numbers. 321 and 322 face the stage from the far end; 361 and 362 are behind it.
- Section numbers start at center on the south side (102, 202, 301 and 302) and go up clockwise.
- Rows and seats: rows are numbered from the bottom of each section up, from Row 1. Viewed from the floor, seats run left to right from Seat 1.
- Accessible seating: wheelchair and accessible seating is on all levels, though the locations may vary with the event's setup: 102, 106, 120, 130, 134, 136, 138, 140 and 144 in the 100s, 216, 236 and 256 in the 200s, twelve sections in the 300s, and on the floor it varies by event. To buy, choose "Show accessible tickets" under the Filter section on Ticketmaster.
- Accessible entrances: the designated ADA entry doors are Door 1 (VIP/ADA Entrance) at both the Grand Atrium and East Atrium entrances.
- General admission: when a show has it, the GA line can form from 10 a.m. on the day at the Grand Atrium VIP Door 1, the far-left door on the southwest side, unless staff or signs say otherwise. All GA ticket holders must enter there, and off-site lines aren't honored.
The layout changes by show. Ball Arena publishes several seating layouts. The seat map on your ticket listing is the final word for your show.
Bag policy
Only small clutches, wristlets and fanny packs 4" x 6" x 1.5" or smaller are allowed. Purses and backpacks aren't.
Medical and diaper bags no larger than 14" x 14" x 6" are allowed after inspection. Enter through the VIP/ADA Door 1 at the Grand Atrium or East Atrium entrance for x-ray screening, and keep the bag with you at your seat.

All permitted bags, jackets and guests are subject to search on entry.
Not allowed: outside food and drink, cans and glass containers, water bottles (empty ones too, at concerts, unless the tour allows them), laptops, iPads and GoPros, selfie sticks and tripods, air horns and whistles, flags, and signs larger than 22" x 28", among other items. The list can vary by event.
