- Section numbers go up counter-clockwise, starting at the far end from the stage.
- Accessible seating: Bridgestone Arena provides wheelchair-accessible and companion seating on each level, including the floor when the event offers floor seats.
- Accessible entrances: the Nissan Main Entrance at 5th Avenue and Broadway, the Nissan SoBro Entrance at 5th Avenue and Demonbreun, and all five entry points in the 6th Avenue Parking Garage.
- General admission: when a show has it, the line starts at 8 a.m. on the day, and the GA entrance is to the left of the Nissan Main Entrance, at Rep. John Lewis Way and Broadway.
The layout changes by show. Bridgestone Arena publishes several seating layouts. The seat map on your ticket listing is the final word for your show.
Bag policy
Bags can be no larger than 12" x 12" x 6", and backpacks of any size aren't allowed.
Bags between 6" x 4" x 1.5" and 12" x 12" x 6", clear bags included, go through x-ray screening and a visual check. Smaller bags can use the express screening lanes.
Diaper bags and bags needed for medical reasons are allowed, and are x-rayed too.
The arena strongly discourages bringing bags and asks fans to arrive early and travel light.
If your bag is too big: Bridgestone Arena doesn't provide on-site storage, and guests with prohibited items aren't let in.
Not allowed: coolers, outside food and drink, laptops and tablets, luggage, selfie sticks and other poles, and noisemakers such as air horns and cowbells, among other items.
