Bag policy
Bags can be no larger than 14" x 14" x 6". Single-compartment drawstring bags and purses under that size are allowed; hard-sided bags of any size aren't.
The arena generally doesn't enforce a clear bag policy, but an event's organizer may, so check your event's listing. All bags are subject to screening.
Medical bags, and diaper bags with a child, are exempt from the size limit but are searched.
If your bag is too big: for a fee, you can check it by Gate 2, off Centennial Olympic Park Dr. Items must be picked up the same day.
Not allowed: weapons, aerosol cans, outside food and drink, reusable water bottles, whistles and air horns, cameras with detachable lenses or fixed lenses over 3 inches, selfie sticks and tripods, laptops, tablets at non-Hawks events, flags, and signs larger than 11" x 17", among other items. Policies may vary by event.
