Seating
- 713 Music Hall doesn't publish a seating chart on its site.
- Your ticket: every event is Mobile Entry, so your phone gets you in; tickets aren't emailed or printable.
- Kashmere Lounge: an upgrade to the venue's VIP club, with exclusive bars, private restrooms and priority entrance to your event.
- Accessible entrance: the main entrance is accessible, and guest services there can help. With a VIP Table ticket, the VIP entrance has an accessibility ramp on its right.
- Accessible tickets: the venue points to Ticketmaster's Help Center for buying accessible tickets. If you already have tickets and have questions about accessibility at the venue, contact it on 832-204-6920.
- Assistive listening devices: available for all events from Guest Services in the main lobby. A valid ID may be required, and supply is limited.

Bag policy
Bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed. All bags are searched before entry, and bags that aren't clear are subject to an additional search.
If your bag is too big: take it back to your car or leave it at coat and bag check, next to the box office in the main lobby, for $10.
713 Music Hall is cashless: it takes credit, debit or mobile pay only, and you can convert cash to a card on site.
Not allowed: weapons or anything that could be used to cause harm, including replica weapons and spiked jewelry or clothing; drugs; outside food or drinks; unsealed liquids or gels; professional cameras, cameras with detachable lenses and lenses longer than 3 inches; camcorders, GoPros, selfie sticks, drones, masks and laser pointers; and posters or signs that block another fan's view. Posters can be no larger than 8.5" x 11". The list may change.

Parking
- Where it is: 401 Franklin Street, Suite 1600, in downtown Houston, attached to POST HTX.
- Premier Parking: a limited number of reserved spaces, with the entrance on Franklin and Congress, bought ahead. It includes a space close to the ticket gates, VIP entrance into the venue and an expedited exit after the show.
- Rideshare: drop-off and pick-up are on the corner of Franklin St. and Bagby St.
- Accessible drop-off: a drop-off lane along Franklin St. at the front entrance is accessible.
